Privacy Policy

All data collected from AutoScan DAP is directly sent to AutoScan Server’s and is protected by an internal data policy.
The app and transferred is covered under copyright of AutoScan India Private Limited and it’s software vendor Elegocart Technology Private Limited.
The app makes use of the following permissions (as updated on 22 Jan 2020)

• Camera Permission is used in order to capture images on demand only during filling of the checklist.
• Audio Permission is used in order to capture audio on demand only during filling of the checklist.
• Internet and Phone Used in order to connect to the server and retrieve back the details. Also used to identify and authenticate user device with server.
• Location Used for Attendance Management (Check-in and Check-out) and in checklist if needed.

No other data pertaining to the user privacy is collected from the application.
The above data is also not collected if the user is not running the application in foreground.
